Charge Amps appoints new Chair of the Board and boosts its board with new members
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN – 26.05.23: Charge Amps (www.chargeamps.com), the fast-growing Swedish maker of smart charging solutions for electric cars, announces today that it has appointed four new board members: Peter Gille, Johannes Boson, Johan Qviberg, and Andrea Gisle Joosen. Andrea Gisle Joosen has been appointed to chair the Board, replacing Anders Dahl.
The new board members are brought onboard to strengthen the company’s internal pool of expertise and relevant sector knowledge. Current board members Fredrik Lundberg and Boel Rydenå Swartling have been re-elected, while Mona Abbasi, Britt Hansson and Anders Dahl have stepped down.

About the new board members
Andrea Gisle Joosen: Andrea works full-time with board engagements and is involved in a number of both listed and unlisted companies in Sweden and the UK. Andrea has a wealth of experience in consumer-related industries where she has held senior positions in marketing and been the Managing Director and CEO of several companies. She started her career at Mars and Procter & Gamble. While she was the Chair of the Board at Acast, the global podcasting platform was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm First North. Andrea is currently chairing Bilprovningen and is on the boards of Stadium, 888 holding and Logent. Andrea has a BSc in Business Administration and a MSc in International Marketing from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) with additional studies at IMD and Harvard Business School.
Peter Gille: Peter is the General Manager of Northern Europe at Dedalus, a leading international industrial group in healthcare software. He has held several senior roles in fast-growing IT companies such as Oracle. He has a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from Uppsala University and has obtained MBAs from the universities of Paris and Edinburgh.
Johan Qviberg: Johan serves Chairman of the Board at Quinary Investment. He is also an angel investor and a board member of Ework Droup and Compodium International. Johan studied at Stockholm School of Economics.
Johannes Boson: Johannes is Managing Director Sweden at Svea Solar, a digital energy and hardware installation company. He brings previous experience from roles including Head of Sales at telecoms company, Three, CEO at energy company, Telge Energi, and advisor to the M&A team at Deloitte. Johannes has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Lund University.
