“The launch of Charge Amps Luna is part of an exciting phase for Charge Amps. Expanding our product portfolio to cater to a broader range of consumers is a key step toward achieving profitability and driving business growth,” says Johannes Boson, CEO.
With Charge Amps Luna, the product portfolio expands further, offering end consumers a user-friendly and comprehensive EV charger specifically designed for home use. Charge Amps Luna comes with front panels in three different colors, silver, dark grey, and pearl white, to meet consumer preferences and match the environment in which it will be installed. Like both Charge Amps Dawn and Charge Amps Aura, this charger is designed by Joachim Nordwall, former Head of Design at Koenigsegg.
“Charge Amps Luna is the perfect home charger. It has been developed and designed with a focus on home charging. Charge Amps Luna is a compact, stylish, and user-friendly product that optimizes and simplifies EV charging without compromising with its design,” says Linnea Timgren, Charge Amps’ Product Manager.
Charge Amps Luna offers a charging capacity of up to 22 kW, with the ability to adjust the power output to suit the property’s electrical capacity. The charger features hardware ready for ISO 15118, making it future-proof for upcoming functionalities. Finally, Charge Amps Luna is integrated with Charge Amps Cloud, the company’s proprietary cloud service that enables full control over charging. It can also integrate with the consumer’s solar panels, utilizing that energy.
“In Charge Amps Luna, we’ve thought of everything. The charger meets all the needs of home charging, including those consumers didn’t know they had,” says Linnea Timgren.
